To transfer FORM to your Word Doc, highlight Table, do a Control C, place the curser on the Word Doc screen, do a Control V, from the Toolbar select View, select Print Layout.
When highlighting, place your cursor before the title below which appears off center, Shooting Schedule, do a left click, drag cursor to the end of the table, then do a Control C as above and continue as above. The title should be centered when you complete the tasks above.
